COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

The King this morning visited Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 782 High Road, London N17, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), the Chairman of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (Mr Daniel Levy), the Chairman of Trustees of Tottenham Hotspur Foundation (Ms Donna-Maria Cullen) and the Mayor of Haringey (Councillor S Jameson).

His Majesty met alumni of The King’s Trust, groups funded by the King Charles III Charitable Fund, young people from the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham and representatives of local businesses supported by Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The King walked through the players’ tunnel and viewed a demonstration on the football pitch by children involved in the Huddle Project, before joining young players participating in a workshop.
His Majesty, Patron, International Rescue Committee UK, this afternoon received the Rt Hon David Miliband (President and Chief Executive Officer, International Rescue Committee) and Ms Khusbu Patel (Interim Executive Director, International Rescue Committee UK).

The following were received in audience by The King and kissed hands upon their appointment as His Majesty’s Ambassadors: Mr James Hooley (the Republic of Cuba) and Mr Richard Porter (the Plurinational State of Bolivia).

Mr Sidnei Dos Santos was also received by His Majesty.

The following were received in audience by The King upon their appointment as British High Commissioners: Ms Sarah Cooke (the People’s Republic of Bangladesh) and Mr Neil Wigan (the Republic of Kenya).

Mr Calum McCallum and Mrs Yael Banaji were also received by His Majesty.

The Rt Hon Sir Keir Starmer MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The King at Windsor Castle this evening.

Later, His Majesty gave a Dinner at Windsor Castle.

The following were invited: the Rt Hon Sir Keir Starmer MP, the Baroness Morgan of Ely MS (First Minister of Wales), Mr John Swinney MSP (First Minister of Scotland), Ms Michelle O’Neill MLA (First Minister of Northern Ireland) and Ms Emma Little-Pengelly MLA (deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland).

The Queen, Patron, SafeLives, this morning received Ms Penelope Lancaster (Ambassador, The King’s Foundation) at Clarence House.

Her Majesty this afternoon visited Unicorn Theatre, 147 Tooley Street, London SE1, to mark the launch of its Creative Hub, and was received by Colonel Simon Duckworth (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The King, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales, President, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, this afternoon visited the London Screen Academy, Ladbroke House, 62-66 Highbury Grove, London N5.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Edinburgh this morning visited the Chipping Norton Theatre Limited, 2 Spring Street, Chipping Norton, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire (Mrs Marjorie Glasgow).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Branch, 16 Market Place, Chipping Norton.

The Duke of Edinburgh later visited Ditchley Park, Enstone, Chipping Norton.

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, Chartered Management Institute, this morning attended a Meeting of the Women’s Advisory Committee at 77 Kingsway, London WC2.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Meeting of the Women in Business Group of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at 110 Southwark Street, London SE1.

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, this evening attended an Online Safety Event at JP Morgan, 60 Victoria Embankment, London EC4.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Patron, Catch22, this morning visited Include Suffolk Schools Project, Include Primary School Ipswich, St Peter House, 16 Grimwade Street, Ipswich, and was received by Mr Gareth Wilson (Deputy Lieutenant of Suffolk).

Her Royal Highness, President, UK Fashion and Textile Association, this afternoon received Mr Nigel Lugg upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman and Mr Stewart McGuffie upon assuming the appointment.

The Princess Royal, Court Member, the Fishmongers’ Company, this evening attended the Court Winter Dinner at Fishmongers’ Hall, London Bridge, London EC4.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Kent, Royal Patron, the Dresden Trust, this afternoon departed from Royal Air Force Northolt for Germany and was received later upon arrival at Dresden Airport by His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany (His Excellency Mr Andrew Mitchell).

Mr Nicholas Turnbull is in attendance.
