Her Royal Highness, President, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conferences, this evening held a Dinner at Windsor Castle for the Commonwealth Study Conferences Canada’s President’s Council and the Caribbean-Canada Leaders’ Dialogue.
