Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Meeting on Sexual and Gender based Violence in Sudan at the House of Lords, London SW1.

The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this afternoon departed Royal Air Force Brize Norton for Turkey and was received upon arrival at Çanakkale Airport by His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey (Her Excellency Ms Jill Morris).

Commander Anne Sullivan RN and Captain Fergus Lupton are in attendance.

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, this morning visited St John’s School, Epsom Road, Leatherhead, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey (Mr Michael More-Molyneux).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Turn2us, afterwards officially opened the new nursing wing at Eversfield Care Home — Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited, 56 Reigate Road, Reigate, and was received by Brigadier Roger Hood (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

The Duke of Kent, Grand Master, United Grand Lodge of England, this morning received Mr Jonathan Spence (Pro Grand Master).
