The Princess Royal this afternoon attended the Commemoration Service of France at Morto Bay Cemetery, Gallipoli.

Her Royal Highness, President, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, afterwards visited the Seddel-Bahr Military Grave of Lieutenant Colonel Charles Doughty-Wylie at Seddulbahir, Gallipoli.

The Princess Royal subsequently attended the Commemoration Service of the United Kingdom, Commonwealth and Ireland at Helles Memorial, Gallipoli.

Her Royal Highness later visited Seddülbahir Castle, Gallipoli.

The Princess Royal this evening attended a Commanders’ Reception at the Kolin Hotel, Çanakkale, given by His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey (Her Excellency Ms Jill Morris).
