The Princess Royal today undertook engagements in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Her Royal Highness, President, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, this morning attended a Wreath Laying Ceremony and Service to mark the Eightieth Anniversary of Victory in Europe Day at the Barbados Military Cemetery, Grave’s End, Needham’s Point.

The Princess Royal this afternoon visited the Barbados Olympic Association, Errol Barrow Highway, to mark its Seventieth Anniversary.

Her Royal Highness later visited Regional Security System and Barbados Defence Force’s Field Medical Hospital, Paragon Base.

The Princess Royal this afternoon departed from Grantley Adams International Airport for the United Kingdom.
