COURT CIRCULAR
Buckingham Palace
The King, Captain General, this morning visited The Royal Regiment of Artillery at Larkhill Garrison, Wiltshire, and was received by the Master Gunner St James’s Park (Lieutenant General Sir Andrew Gregory).
His Majesty was received with a 21-Gun Salute from The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery and a Royal Salute by a Guard of Honour.
The King met representatives from the Regiment’s Senior Leadership and other Serving Personnel before meeting those who have recently returned from Operations and their families.
His Majesty toured the Garrison and viewed equipment and the Regiment’s capabilities before meeting families outside the Officers’ Mess.
Kensington Palace
The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, Patron, the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association, today presented the Duke of Cornwall Award at the Royal Cornwall Show, Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall (Colonel Sir Edward Bolitho).

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, Association of Show and Agricultural Organisations, and Vice President, the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association, today attended the Royal Cornwall Show, Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall (Colonel Sir Edward Bolitho).
St James’s Palace
The Princess Royal, Patron, Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society, this afternoon opened the Caley Glasshouse at Saughton Park, Balgreen Road, Edinburgh, to mark the Bicentenary of the Royal Charter, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Robert Aldridge, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).
Her Royal Highness this evening attended the Seven Incorporated Trades of Aberdeen’s Masters and Prime Wardens of the London Livery Companies Reception followed by Dinner at Trinity Hall, Trinity Corner, Holburn Street, Aberdeen, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Aberdeen (Councillor David Cameron, the Lord Provost).
Kensington Palace
The Duke of Gloucester, Royal Patron, Peace and Prosperity Trust, and The Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended the Abu Dhabi Festival Concert at Kensington Palace State Apartments.
