The King and Queen this morning visited Sandringham Flower Show.

The Duke of Edinburgh this morning visited UCAN Productions at the School of Optometry and Vision Sciences, Cardiff University, Maindy Road, Cardiff, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Mrs Morfudd Meredith).

His Royal Highness later attended the British and Irish Para Badminton International at Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Close, Cardiff.

The Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon visited Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this morning visited Rotherham and District Citizens Advice Bureau, 2 Upper Millgate, Rotherham, to mark its Sixtieth Anniversary and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (Professor Dame Hilary Chapman).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited LabLogic Systems Limited, Innovation House, 6 Europa View, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

The Princess Royal later visited Henderson’s Relish, 2A Parkway Rise, Sheffield.

Her Royal Highness subsequently opened Horatio’s Garden Sheffield and East at The Princess Royal Spinal Cord Injuries Centre, Northern General Hospital, Sheffield.

The Princess Royal, Colonel-in-Chief, The King’s Royal Hussars, was represented by Captain Fergus Lupton (Equerry to Her Royal Highness) at the Memorial Service for Lieutenant Colonel Peter Harman (former Commanding Officer 14th/20th King’s Hussars) which was held at St Cynhafal, Llangynhafal, Ruthin, Denbighshire, this afternoon.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Protector, the Anglo-Danish Society’s Scholarship Programme, today received Colonel Wayne Harber (Chairman, the Anglo-Danish Society).
