The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh this morning attended a Reception at Watermen’s Hall, 16-18 St Mary at Hill, London EC3, to celebrate the Eight Hundredth Anniversary of the Royal Watermen and were received by the Master of the Watermen and Lightermen (Mr Robert Prentice) and The Queen’s Bargemaster (Mr Paul Ludwig).
