The King this morning visited the Submarine Service, His Majesty’s Naval Base Clyde (Coulport), Dunbartonshire, and was received by the First Sea Lord (Admiral Sir Benjamin Key) and the Director Submarines (Rear Admiral Andrew Perks).

His Majesty was received with a Royal Salute.

The King toured a Submarine and met Serving Personnel and their families.

The Rt Hon Angela Rayner MP (Deputy Prime Minister) was received in audience by His Majesty at Dumfries House, Cumnock, Ayrshire, this evening.

The King, Royal Founding President, The King’s Foundation, later held a Dinner at Dumfries House.
