The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, the British Paralympic Association, and The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, British Wheelchair Basketball, this morning attended a Meeting with senior representatives within the International Paralympic Movement held by His Majesty’s Ambassador to the French Republic (Her Excellency Dame Menna Rawlings) at the Residence in Paris.

The King, Patron, this morning visited the Royal Horticultural Society of Aberdeen’s Summer Flower Show at Duthie Park, Polmuir Road, Aberdeen, to mark the Society’s Two Hundredth Anniversary and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Aberdeen (Councillor David Cameron, the Lord Provost).

His Majesty toured the Show, escorted by the Chairman of the Royal Horticultural Society of Aberdeen (Mr Brian Grant), before opening the Flower Show.
