Her Majesty inspected the Honour Guard.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh visited the Search and Rescue Force, toured the facilities and were briefed on Search and Rescue operations.

Her Majesty and His Royal Highness, escorted by Prince William of Wales, afterwards viewed a Search and Rescue Force Sea King helicopter.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh subsequently toured the Moran Building at the Military Flying Training School, meeting students and instructors.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh later visited the Military Flying Training School Hangar, viewing static displays and meeting Service personnel and their families.
