COURT CIRCULAR

Sandringham, Norfolk

The Queen, Honorary Air Commodore, today visited Royal Air Force Marham, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, and was received by the Station Commander (Group Captain Peter Rochelle).

Her Majesty witnessed a flypast of aircraft and met service and civilian personnel to mark the one hundredth aircraft from the Combined Maintenance and Upgrade Unit.

The Queen drove to the Alpha Dispersal and viewed simulated sortie exercises and a demonstration of a Tactical Imagery Intelligence Wing Cabin.

Her Majesty afterwards attended a Reception in the Sergeants’ Mess before being entertained to Luncheon in the Officers’ Mess by the Station Commander.

The Queen later visited the Primary Care Rehabilitation Facility and subsequently opened the Multi Use Games Area at the Community Support Hub.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Trust, this morning held a Meeting at Clarence House.

His Royal Highness, Patron, the Academy of Culinary Arts, accompanied by The Duchess of Cornwall, this afternoon attended the Chefs Adopt a School Culinary of Arts event at St. George’s (Hanover Square) Church of England Primary School, South Street, Mayfair, London, W1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Foundation for Integrated Health, later visited the Photodynamic Therapy Services at University College London Hospital, Euston Road, Camden, London NW1, and was received by Sir Ian Johnston (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Prince of Wales, President, Arts and Business, this evening presented The Prince of Wales Medal for Arts Philanthropy at Buckingham Palace.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall later gave a Dinner for The Prince’s Charities at Buckingham Palace.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Commodore-in-Chief, Naval Medical Services, this afternoon received Surgeon Vice Admiral Philip Raffaelli upon relinquishing his appointment as Medical Director General and Surgeon Rear Admiral Lionel Jarvis upon assuming the appointment.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this evening gave a Dinner for Royal Navy and Royal Marines personnel at Royal Lodge, the Great Park, Windsor.

The Countess of Wessex, Show President 2010, Bath and West of England Society, this afternoon held Meetings with the Co-operative Group and Cator and Company at Buckingham Palace.

Her Royal Highness, President, Breast Cancer Haven Guardians, this evening attended a Dinner at Gilmour’s, 9 Park Walk, Chelsea, London SW10.

The Princess Royal, President, The Princess Royal Trust for Carers, this afternoon attended a Luncheon at Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Glasshouses, Westbourne Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, and was received by Mr. Clive Stone (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Butler Trust, later visited West Midlands Probation Area at Crowley House, 31 Weoley Park Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Midlands (Mr. Paul Sabapathy).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning attended a Founder’s Day Service in St. Botolph-without-Aldgate Church, Aldgate High Street, London EC3, to mark the Tercentenary of the opening of the Sir John Cass’s Foundation School, followed by a Reception at Sir John Cass’s Foundation Primary School, 31 Jewry Street, London, EC3, and a Luncheon at Mansion House, London EC4.

The Duke of Gloucester and The Duchess of Gloucester, President, the Royal Academy of Music, this evening attended the Feast of Candlemas Carol Evensong in the Chapel Royal, St. James’s Palace, followed by a Reception at St. James’s Palace.
