The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh, attended by Diana, Lady Farnham, the Lady Susan Hussey, the Rt. Hon. Christopher Geidt, Mr. Edward Young, Ms. Samantha Cohen, Surgeon Captain David Hett RN, Group Captain Timothy Hewlett and Brigadier Sir Miles Hunt-Davis, arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, this morning from Canada and were received at the Airport by the Earl Peel (Lord Chamberlain).

The Prince of Wales, President, this morning received Miss Teresa Albor upon relinquishing her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of The Prince’s Drawing School.

His Royal Highness received the Rt. Hon. Jeremy Hunt MP (Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport).

The Prince of Wales this afternoon received the Rt. Hon. Frank Field MP.

His Royal Highness, President, later attended the The Prince’s School for Traditional Arts Degree Show, 19-22 Charlotte Road, Shoreditch, London EC2, and presented the Jerwood Prize for Traditional Arts.

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment, The Prince’s School for Traditional Arts, The Prince’s Drawing School, and The Prince’s Regeneration Trust, afterwards attended a Reception for Shoreditch staff at 19-22 Charlotte Road.

His Royal Highness later received Prince El Hassan bin Talal, Princess Sarvath El Hassan and Princess Badiya El Hassan of Jordan.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, National Police Memorial Day, and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening gave a Reception at Clarence House for families of police officers who lost their lives on duty.

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon attended the The Prince’s Foundation for Children and the Arts PoetryQuest Festival, Kensington Gardens, London, W2, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).

The Duke of York, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Irish Regiment (27th (Inniskilling), 83rd, 87th and The Ulster Defence Regiment), today received Lieutenant Colonel Edward Freely upon relinquishing his appointment as Commander 1st Battalion.

His Royal Highness received the Viscount Brookeborough upon relinquishing his appointment as Honorary Colonel 2nd Battalion.

Lieutenant Colonel Max Walker (Commanding Officer, 2nd Battalion) was present.

His Royal Highness, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, this afternoon gave a Luncheon for Dr. Bruno Ferrari (Chief Executive, Promexico) and Mr. Ernesto Cordero (Mexican Minister of Finance).

The Duke of York later attended a Reception for “Tickets for Troops” at No. 10 Downing Street.

His Royal Highness, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, this evening received Mr. Dominic Jermey (Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates).
