Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Parachute Regiment, this morning received Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Wright upon assuming the appointment as Commanding Officer 1st Battalion.

His Royal Highness, Colonel-in-Chief, The Parachute Regiment, received Colonel Joseph O’Sullivan upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer 2nd Battalion.

The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Parachute Regiment, received Lieutenant Colonel Huw Williams upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer 3rd Battalion and Lieutenant Colonel James Coates upon assuming the appointment.

His Royal Highness, Colonel-in-Chief, The Parachute Regiment, received Lieutenant Colonel Alistair Rogers upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer 4th Battalion and Lieutenant Colonel John Boyd upon assuming the appointment.

The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Parachute Regiment, received Lieutenant Colonel Malcolm Fox upon relinquishing his appointment as Regimental Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel John Handford upon assuming the appointment.

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Seminar for Integrated Health at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales later received the Rt. Hon. David Cameron MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury).

His Royal Highness, Patron, the Friends of Canterbury Cathedral, this evening held a Dinner for supporters at Clarence House.

The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited the West London Rape Crisis Centre.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Emmaus UK, afterwards visited the Royal Horticultural Society’s Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, East Molesey, Surrey, and was received by Mrs. Kay Brock (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Buckingham Palace

The Earl of Wessex, President, International Youth Arts Festival, this evening attended a performance of the International Youth Arts Festival at Rose Theatre, 24-26 High Street, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey.

The Countess of Wessex this morning opened the new Refectory at Arthur Mellows Village College, Helpston Road, Glinton, Peterborough, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire (Mr. Hugh Duberly).

Her Royal Highness later opened the Cavell Centre, Edith Cavell Healthcare Campus, Bretton Gate, Peterborough.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon visited Peterborough Garden Park, Eye Road, Peterborough.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, Member, International Olympic Committee, this morning attended the International Olympic Committee Coordination Commission at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Northcliffe House, Tudor Street, London EC4.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Butler Trust, this afternoon attended a Twenty Fifth Anniversary Garden Party at Englefield House, Englefield, Berkshire.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Order of St. John, this morning received Professor Anthony Mellows (the Lord Prior).

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended the “Not Forgotten” Association Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.

The Queen’s Body Guard of the Yeomen of the Guard was on duty.

The Band of the Welsh Guards played selections of music during the afternoon.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President, Royal National Lifeboat Association, this morning visited Port Talbot Lifeboat Station, Princess Margaret Way, Port Talbot, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Glamorgan (Mr. Byron Lewis).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Mumbles Lifeboat Station, Pier Road, Mumbles, Swansea.

The Duke of Kent afterwards visited Horton and Port Eynon Lifeboat Station, Horton, West Glamorgan.

His Royal Highness later visited Burry Port Lifeboat Station, the Harbour, Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dyfed (the Hon. Robin Lewis).

The Duke of Kent this evening attended a Dinner for members of the local lifeboat stations at St. Brides Spa Hotel, Saint Brides Hill, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire.
