The Princess Royal this afternoon visited the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust, Seale Hayne Building, Seale Hayne Faculty of Agriculture and Food, University of Plymouth, Newton Abbot.
Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Old Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, to mark its Four Hundredth Anniversary.
The Princess Royal later launched the new Heritage Cruise from Dartmouth to Slapton Sands at Dartmouth Town Pontoon, Embankment, Dartmouth.

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon attended a briefing on flood response at Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters, Charles Hastings Way, Worcester, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire (Mr. Michael Brinton).
His Royal Highness afterwards toured sites in the City of Worcester affected by flooding in 2007.
The Duke of Gloucester, Chancellor, later attended a Reception, followed by a Lecture entitled: Community Responses to Flooding: Property, Defence and Resilience, given as part of the Royal United Services Institute’s The Duke of Gloucester Lecture Series: Flood Risk and the Built Environment, at the University of Worcester.
