The Queen was present at the Memorial Service for the 11th Duke of Grafton KG which was held in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall were represented by the Lord Carrington KG.

The Duke and Duchess of Kent were represented by Mr Nicolas Adamson.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Royal Governor, Sutton’s Hospital in Charterhouse, this afternoon unveiled the Quatercentenary Monument at Charterhouse, Sutton’s Hospital, Charterhouse Square, London EC1.

His Royal Highness, President, Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, this evening attended a Dinner at Imperial College London, 170 Queens Gate, London SW7.

The Baroness Rawlings (Baroness in Waiting) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this evening upon the Arrival of The President of the Italian Republic and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

The Prince of Wales this morning visited local businesses and community projects in Aberdovey and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gwynedd (His Honour Huw Morgan Daniel).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Centre for Alternative Technology, Machynlleth, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Powys (the Hon Mrs Legge-Bourke).

The Prince of Wales, President, the Cambrian Mountain Initiative, this evening held a Reception.

Her Royal Highness later visited the AHOY Centre, Borthwick Street, Deptford, London SE8, and was received by Wing Commander Michael Dudgeon (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Princess Royal, President, Save the Children UK, this evening attended the Summer in the City Dinner at Mansion House, London EC4.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, today attended the Lawn Tennis Association’s President’s Lunch, and subsequently was present at the Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Wimbledon, London SW19.
