The Princess Royal, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay and The Duchess of Rothesay today visited BBC Scotland Headquarters, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, in celebration of Sixty Years of BBC Scotland Television, and were received by Sir Kenneth Calman (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow).

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Trust, and Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited Scholars’ Restaurant, City of Glasgow College, 60 North Hanover Street, Glasgow, in support of the “Get into Cooking” programme, and were received by Mrs Jean McFadden (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow).

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, President, the Great Steward of Scotland’s Dumfries House Trust, later visited the craft skills workshop at the Sawmill, Dumfries House, Cumnock, Ayrshire.

His Royal Highness, President, the Great Steward of Scotland’s Dumfries House Trust, and Her Royal Highness this evening held a Dinner at Dumfries House.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, the Big Jubilee Lunch, this morning held a Reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse for participants from across Scotland.

The Duke of York this morning received Mr Mark Cahill (Managing Director, ManpowerGroup UK) and Ms. Ruth Harper (Head of Corporate Affairs).

His Royal Highness received Mr Irvine Sellar (Chairman, Sellar Property Group).

The Duke of York this afternoon received the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

His Royal Highness, Commodore, the Royal Thames Yacht Club, this evening attended a Reception at St James’s Palace for the Cumberland Cup.

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, today attended a Trustees’ Meeting at Award House, 7-11 St Matthew Street, London SW1.

His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, this evening attended a Trustees’ Dinner at Mews of Mayfair, 10 Lancashire Court, New Bond Street, London W1.

The Countess of Wessex this morning visited Home-Start, Victoria Park Community Centre, Victoria Park Drive, Bridgwater, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Lady Gass).

Her Royal Highness, President, afterwards visited Brainwave, Huntworth Gate, Bridgwater, to mark its Thirtieth Anniversary.

The Countess of Wessex, Vice Patron, the Royal Bath and West of England Society, this afternoon visited Grasslands (Nurseries) Limited at the Royal Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

Her Royal Highness later visited the Mulberry Factory, the Rookery, Chilcompton, Somerset.

The Princess Royal, Patron, National Institute of Adult Continuing Education, this afternoon attended a Broadcasting Seminar at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Europe Campus, Woolgate Exchange, 25 Basinghall Street, London EC2.

Her Royal Highness, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this evening attended the Diamond Jubilee Pageant at Windsor Castle.

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon visited Bollin Primary School, Apsley Grove, Bowdon, Altrincham, Cheshire, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester (Mr Warren Smith).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Altrincham Grammar School for Boys, Marlborough Road, Bowdon, Altrincham, to mark its Centenary.

The Duke of Gloucester later visited North West Ambulance Service at Parkway Centre, Parkway Three, Princess Road, Manchester.

His Royal Highness, Joint President, Cancer Research UK, afterwards visited the Paterson Institute, the University of Manchester, Wilmslow Road, Withington, Manchester.

The Duke of Gloucester, Joint President, Cancer Research UK, this evening attended a Dinner at the John Rylands Library, the University of Manchester, 150 Deansgate, Manchester.

The Duchess of Gloucester this afternoon opened Loch Arthur Creamery and Farm Shop, Beeswing, Dumfries, and was received by Mr Iain Mitchell (Deputy Lieutenant of Kirkcudbrightshire).

Her Royal Highness afterwards opened the new Mental Health Unit at Midpark Hospital, Bankend Road, Dumfries, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dumfries (Mrs Jean Tulloch).

The Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended a Concert to mark The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee at Easterbrook Hall, the Crichton, Bankend Road, Dumfries.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park 

Princess Alexandra this evening held a Reception for the Oracle Cancer Trust in The Queen’s Gallery, Buckingham Palace.
