COURT CIRCULAR

Clarence House 

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay this morning re-opened the Johnnie Walker bond warehouse at 15 Strand Street, Kilmarnock, as the administrative centre for East Ayrshire Council, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Ayrshire and Arran (Mr John Duncan).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited the North West Youth Project, Kirkton Road, Onthank, Kilmarnock.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay this afternoon visited the North West Kilmarnock Area Centre, Western Road, Kilmarnock.

His Royal Highness later opened the Anaerobic Digestion Plant at Scottish and Southern Energy, Barkip, North Ayrshire.

St James’s Palace 

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Olympic Ambassadors, this evening attended a Gala Dinner in support of Team GB and Paralympics GB at the Royal Albert Hall, London SW7.

Buckingham Palace 

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, today attended a Trustees’ Meeting and Luncheon at the House of Commons, London SW1.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex this evening attended the Diamond Jubilee Pageant at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, Windsor Castle.

Buckingham Palace 

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Scottish Business Achievement Award Trust, this afternoon presented the Annual Awards and afterwards attended a Luncheon at Prestonfield House Hotel, Prestonfield Road, Edinburgh, and was received by Group Captain Robert Kemp (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh).

Kensington Palace 

The Duke of Gloucester, Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Logistic Corps, this morning attended the Conductors’ Parchment Ceremony at 9 Regiment, Buckley Barracks, Stanton St Quintin, Chippenham, Wiltshire.
