Clarence House 

The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall this morning held a Duchy of Cornwall Land Stewards Meeting.

Buckingham Palace 

The Duke of York this morning visited Black Country University Technical College, Vernon Way, Walsall, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Midlands (Mr Paul Sabapathy).

His Royal Highness this afternoon officially opened the Goldmine Centre and Walsall Studio School, 14a Lower Hall Lane, Walsall.

Buckingham Palace 

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon received Mr Geoffrey Powell (Master, the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers) and the Reverend Canon Martin Seeley (Principal, Westcott House).

His Royal Highness, Patron, afterwards held a Meeting for Hall for Cornwall.

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, this evening held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace for the Australian Award.

The Countess of Wessex today attended the Royal Horticultural Society Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, East Molesey, Surrey.

Buckingham Palace 

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Jubilee Woods Project, this morning planted a commemorative tree at the Douglas Diamond Wood, Achnasheen, Ross-shire, and was received by Mr Ewen Mackinnon (Deputy Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon led the opening flotilla for the Inaugural Skiff World Championships on Loch Broom, Ullapool, Ross-shire, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty (Mrs Christopher Bowen).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Derbyshire.

His Royal Highness afterwards visited the Agricultural Business Centre, Agricultural Way, Bakewell, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Derbyshire (Mr. William Tucker).

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon visited Bakewell Visitor Centre, Old Market Hall, Bridge Street, Bakewell.

His Royal Highness, Patron, the Tramway Museum Society, later visited Crich Tramway Village, near Matlock, Derbyshire.

Appendix to Court Circular

The Queen has been pleased to appoint Colonel Timothy Wilson to be one of Her Majesty’s Body Guard of the Honourable Corps of Gentlemen at Arms upon the retirement of Colonel Michael Robertson.

The appointment to date from 8th July, 2013.
