By command of The Queen, Mr Charles Gray (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Johan Verbeke at 36 Belgrave Square, London SW1, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from Belgium to the Court of St James’s.

The Prince of Wales, Chairman, the Royal Collection Trust, this morning chaired a Meeting of the Trustees.

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended an Accounting for Sustainability Forum at St. James’s Palace and afterwards held a Reception at Clarence House.

The Duke of York, Fellow, later held a Tea for newly-appointed University Research Fellows of the Royal Society at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal today visited Lincolnshire and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant (Mr Anthony Worth).

The Princess Royal, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this afternoon opened Chantry House Community Hub, Lincoln Lane, Boston.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Boston Stump Restoration and Development Appeal, subsequently visited St Botolph’s Church, 1 Wormgate, Boston, to view the flood damage.

The Duchess of Gloucester this afternoon opened the new Council Offices at 220 High Street, Glasgow, and was received by Mrs Jean McFadden (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow).

Her Royal Highness later attended a Reception at St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art, 2 Castle Street, Glasgow.

The Duchess of Gloucester, representing The Duke of Gloucester, Joint President, Cancer Research UK, this evening attended a Concert of Christmas Carols and Readings in Glasgow Cathedral.

Princess Alexandra this afternoon presented Operation Herrick Campaign Medals to members of Headquarters Joint Force Support (Afghanistan) at the Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, this evening attended the New Bridge Foundation Christmas Concert in the Parish Church of St George, Hanover Square, London W1.
