Buckingham Palace

His Excellency Mr Ognjen Pribicevic was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Serbia to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Pribicevic was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Steve Vemunavi Katjiuanjo was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of Namibia in London.

Mrs Katjiuanjo was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon Fraser (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Past Master and Elder Brother, Corporation of Trinity House, this evening attended a Younger Brethren’s Dinner at Trinity House, Tower Hill, London EC3.

Clarence House

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, Barnardo’s, this evening held a Dinner at Clarence House.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, President, the English-Speaking Union of the Commonwealth, this morning attended the English Language Awards at the House of Lords, London SW1.

Count Rogge was received by The Princess Royal when Her Royal Highness, on behalf of The Queen, presented him with the Insignia of an Honorary Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of St Michael and St George.

The Princess Royal, President, Riding for the Disabled Association, this afternoon attended a Reception at the House of Commons, London SW1.

Her Royal Highness this evening attended the Company of Watermen and Lightermen of the River Thames’ Quincentenary Dinner at Fishmongers’ Hall, London Bridge, London EC4.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust, this afternoon attended a Luncheon at the Farmers Club, 3 Whitehall Court, London SW1.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Sue Ryder – Thorpe Hall Hospice Appeal, this morning received Mrs. Heidi Travis (Chief Executive) and Mrs. Holly Spiers (Head of Appeals and High Value Fundraising).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Lullaby Trust, this afternoon attended a Board Meeting at White and Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Royal Colonel, this morning visited 1st Battalion The Rifles at Okehampton Camp, Devon.
