Windsor Castle

The Premier of the People’s Republic of China (Mr Li Keqiang) and Professor Cheng Hong were received by The Queen this morning.

The Queen, with The Duke of Edinburgh, honoured Ascot Races with her presence today.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this morning opened the new swimming pool at Bishopsgate School, Englefield Green, and was received by Colonel Nicholas Davies (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner for the China-Britain Business Council, at the Natural History Museum, Cromwell Road, London SW7.

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon held a Reception at St James’s Palace for the United Kingdom-Caribbean Forum.

The Princess Royal, Court Assistant, the Fishmongers’ Company, was elected as a Warden of the Company this afternoon at the Court Meeting at Fishmongers’ Hall and afterwards attended the Election Day Service in St Magnus-the-Martyr, Lower Thames Street, followed by a Dinner at Fishmongers’ Hall, London Bridge, London EC4.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, Patron, People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals, this afternoon attended the Inaugural Presentation of the PDSA Order of Merit at the Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London EC1.
