The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, Royal Colonel, The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, and 51st Highland, 7th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, and The Duchess of Rothesay this morning attended a Commemorative Service in City Square, Dundee, to mark the Centenary of the First World War Battle of Loos, were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Dundee (Councillor Robert Duncan, the Lord Provost) and subsequently attended a Reception for Service personnel and their families at City Chambers.
