Sandringham, Norfolk

The Queen, Honorary Air Commodore, today visited Royal Air Force Marham, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, and was received by the Station Commander (Group Captain Richard Davies).

Her Majesty was received at the Weapons Load Trainer Hangar with a Royal Salute and Flypast and met Station Officers.

The Queen attended a Reception in the Warrant Officers’ and Sergeants’ Mess and subsequently viewed the Station’s One Hundredth Anniversary Display in the Officers’ Mess and was entertained to Luncheon by the Station Commander.

Mr John Purnell (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this afternoon upon the Arrival of The Amir of the State of Kuwait and welcomed His Highness on behalf of The Queen.

The Prince of Wales, President, this afternoon visited the offices of Send a Cow, the Old Estate Yard, Newton-St-Loe, Bath, Somerset.

Buckingham Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this afternoon held a Meeting.

His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this evening held a Diamond Supporters’ Reception at St James’s Palace.
