The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, the Outward Bound Trust, this evening held a Dinner at Frogmore House, Windsor Home Park.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by Admiral of the Fleet Sir Benjamin Bathurst at the Funeral of Admiral Sir William O’Brien (formerly Vice-Admiral of the United Kingdom) which was held at the Catholic Church of St Edward, Shaftesbury, Dorset, this afternoon.
The Duke of York was represented by Admiral Sir Jonathon Band.
The Princess Royal was represented by Captain Nicholas Wright RN.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Royal College of Midwives, this morning visited Cossham Birth Centre at Cossham Hospital, Lodge Road, Kingswood, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol (Mrs John Prior).
Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Education and Resources for Improving Childhood Continence, 38 Old School House, Britannia Road, Kingswood, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Dame Janet Trotter).

The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Park Lane Primary School, Park Lane, Wembley, Middlesex, and participated in the “Clean for The Queen” campaign, having been received by Miss Mei Sim Lai (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, the Lawn Tennis Association, this afternoon attended the Davis Cup Tie matches between Great Britain and Japan at Barclaycard Arena, King Edwards Road, Birmingham.
