The following were received in audience by The Queen today and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty’s Ambassadors: Ms Karen Betts (the Kingdom of Morocco), Ms Susanna Moorehead (the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia) and Mr Hugo Shorter (the Lebanese Republic).
Major-General Christopher Hughes and Mrs Shorter were also received by Her Majesty.
Mr Nicolas Hailey was received in audience by The Queen upon his appointment as British High Commissioner to the Republic of Kenya.
Ms Caroline Cerruti was also received by Her Majesty.
The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.
The Duke of Edinburgh this evening attended a Reception at the Guards Museum, Wellington Barracks, London SW1, in support of Veterans Aid.

The Prince of Wales, President, this morning attended the Business in the Community Leadership Summit at Westminster Central Hall, Storey’s Gate, London SW1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Mr Kenneth Olisa).
His Royal Highness, Patron, this afternoon held a Reception at Clarence House for Walk the Walk.
The Prince of Wales, Colonel, Welsh Guards, later received Lieutenant-Colonel Giles Harris upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant-Colonel David Bevan upon assuming the appointment.
The Prince of Wales, Patron, and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace for the White Ensign Association.
The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Henry of Wales were represented by the Earl of Rosslyn at the Memorial Service for Raine, Countess Spencer which was held at the Grosvenor Chapel, South Audley Street, London W1, this afternoon.

Prince Henry of Wales was received this morning at St Kitts Harbour by the Governor-General of Saint Christopher and Nevis (Sir Tapley Seaton) and then carried out the following engagements on behalf of The Queen.
His Royal Highness later attended a Youth Rally at Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park and also marked the inauguration of The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy in St Kitts.
Prince Henry of Wales this afternoon attended a Reception at the Four Seasons Resort, Nevis.
His Royal Highness afterwards visited the turtle conservation programme at Lovers Beach, Nevis.
Prince Henry of Wales this evening attended a Reception given by the Governor-General at Government House, Basseterre, St Kitts.
His Royal Highness later departed St Kitts for St Lucia.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Whitley Fund for Nature, this evening attended a Panel Discussion and Dinner at the Royal Geographical Society, 1 Kensington Gore, London SW7, and was received by Dr Paul Knapman (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon presented The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service to Good Shepherd Ministry, the Methodist Centre, 24 School Street, Wolverhampton, and was received by Major Sylvia Parkin (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).
His Royal Highness afterwards visited Queen Square, Wolverhampton, to celebrate the One Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary of The Prince Consort statue.
The Duke of Gloucester later opened Bloxwich Active Living Centre, High Street, Walsall, and was received by Colonel Thomas Lloyd (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).
His Royal Highness subsequently visited South and City College, Fodrough Lane, Bordesley Green, Birmingham, and was received by Mr Simon Topman (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

Her Royal Highness, Royal Patron, Museum of Richmond, this evening visited the exhibition at the Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, Surrey to celebrate the Centenary of the Royal Star and Garter Homes, of which Princess Alexandra is President.
