The Queen this morning visited Highland Spring Limited, Blackford, Perthshire, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross (Brigadier Melville Jameson), Mr Mohammed Mahdi Al Tajir (Owner), the Chief Executive (Mr Leslie Montgomery) and Councillor Dennis Melloy (Provost of Perth and Kinross).
Her Majesty met members of staff before visiting the new factory building containing the Bottling Hall and viewing the bottling process.
The Queen afterwards started a new production line and opened the factory building, Ochils 2017.
The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, today held Receptions at the Palace of Holyroodhouse for young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in the Award.
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by Colonel Edward Bolitho (Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall) at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of the Lady Mary Holborow (formerly Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall) which was held in Truro Cathedral this afternoon.
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall were represented by Sir Richard Carew Pole, Bt.
The Duke of York was represented by Captain Daniel Stembridge RN.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex were represented by Mrs Angus Galletley.
The Princess Royal was represented by Lady Carew Pole.
The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were represented by Mr David Aynsley.
The Duke of Kent was represented by Mr Nicholas Marden.
Princess Alexandra, the Hon Lady Ogilvy was represented by Mrs Peter Afia.

The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, this morning attended a Service and Parade at which His Royal Highness presented the Army Air Corps with a new Regimental Guidon at Salisbury Cathedral and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire (Mrs Peter Troughton).

Prince Henry of Wales this morning attended the Leeds Leads: Encouraging Young Minds Charity Fair and Panel Discussion at Aspire, Infirmary Street, Leeds, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire (Dame Ingrid Roscoe).
His Royal Highness, Patron, the Rugby Football League, this afternoon attended the Sky Try Rugby League Festival at Headingley Carnegie Stadium, St Michael’s Lane, Headingley, Leeds.

His Royal Highness today received the Rt Hon Tobias Ellwood MP (Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Defence).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Whitley Fund for Nature, this morning visited the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan.
The Princess Royal later called upon Mr Jiang Chaoliang (Party Secretary of Hubei Province) at the East Lake Hotel, Wuhan, and afterwards attended a Luncheon.
Her Royal Highness, Vice Patron, the British Horse Society, this afternoon visited the Museum and Equestrian School, Wuhan Business University, Wuhan.

The Duke of Gloucester today visited Lincoln and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire (Mr Toby Dennis).
His Royal Highness this afternoon opened the new extension of Constance Stewart Hall at Bishop Grosseteste University, Longsdale Road.
The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, later visited Boultham Park House Care Home, Rookery Lane, in support of the Order of St John Care Trust.
