The Queen held a Council at 5.30pm. There were present: the Rt Hon Andrea Leadsom MP (Lord President), the Rt Hon David Gauke MP (Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice), the Rt Hon Damian Hinds MP (Secretary of State for Education) and the Rt Hon Ben Wallace MP (Minister of State for Security and Economic Crime, Home Office).
Mr Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.
The Rt Hon Andrea Leadsom MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.
The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.
The Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel-in-Chief, Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, this morning received Brigadier Andrew Freeman (Heads of Corps and Commander 17th Combat Service Support Brigade) at Windsor Castle.
Colonel Christopher Sharwood-Smith (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire) was present at Luton Airport this afternoon upon the Arrival of The President of the Republic of Uganda and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

The Duke of Cambridge received The President of the Gabonese Republic at Buckingham Palace this morning.
His Royal Highness received The President of the Republic of Botswana at Buckingham Palace this afternoon.
The Duke of Cambridge, President, United for Wildlife, later attended the United for Wildlife Financial Taskforce declaration signing ceremony at Mansion House, London EC4.
His Royal Highness this evening attended a Reception to mark the opening of the Illegal Wildlife Trade Conference at St James’s Palace.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron, Victoria and Albert Museum, this evening officially opened the Museum’s new Photography Centre, Cromwell Road, London SW7, and was received by Lady Arnold (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duke of Sussex, President, this afternoon held a Meeting for African Parks.
His Royal Highness this evening attended a Reception to mark the opening of the Illegal Wildlife Trade Conference at St James’s Palace.
Buckingham Palace
The Duke of York, Grand President, Royal Commonwealth Ex-Services League, this afternoon received the Lord Richards of Herstmonceux (Deputy Grand President) and Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Warren (Secretary General).
His Royal Highness, Member, the Blue Seal Club, this evening attended a Dinner at the Cavalry and Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly, London W1.
Buckingham Palace
The Earl and Countess of Wessex this morning departed from Riga International Airport, Latvia, for Lithuania, were received upon arrival at Vilnius International Airport by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania (Her Excellency Ms Claire Lawrence) and subsequently undertook engagements in Vilnius.
Their Royal Highnesses called upon The President of the Republic of Lithuania at the Presidential Palace.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex afterwards visited Vilnius University.
The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this afternoon attended a Lunch at the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, followed by a Reception for Young People who have achieved the Gold Standard in the Award.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex later visited Antakalnis Cemetery.
Their Royal Highnesses subsequently visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex this evening attended a Dinner at the Presidential Palace.
The Countess of Wessex today attended a Lunch at Stikliai Restaurant.
Later this evening, The Earl and Countess of Wessex arrived at Farnborough Airport, Hampshire from Lithuania.
Mr Alexander Stonor and Mrs Angus Galletley were in attendance.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Lattitude Global Volunteering, this morning attended a Reception for volunteers given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Argentine Republic (His Excellency Mr Mark Kent) at the Residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Her Royal Highness later departed from Ezeiza International Airport, Buenos Aires, for the United Kingdom.
