Buckingham Palace

The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

The Duke of Cambridge, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Mohammed Nazmul Quaunine at 28 Queen’s Gate, London SW7, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as High Commissioner for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in London.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning departed from Royal Air Force Brize Norton for the Gambia.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall were received this evening upon arrival at Banjul International Airport by The President of the Republic of the Gambia and the British High Commissioner to the Republic of the Gambia (Her Excellency Ms Sharon Wardle).

Their Royal Highnesses later attended a Reception at Coco Ocean Hotel, One Bamboo Drive, Kombo Coastal Road, Serrekunda.

Mr Scott Furssedonn-Wood, Mr Julian Payne, Mrs Eva Williams, Professor Charles Deakin, Commander Iain Kearsley and Mrs Amanda MacManus were in attendance.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, President, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, this afternoon held a Meeting at Kensington Palace with representatives from the Games Industry.

The Duchess of Cambridge today visited the Imperial War Museum, Lambeth Road, London SE1, to mark the Centenary of the End of the First World War and was received by Mrs Rosemary Prescott (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex this morning visited Te Papaiouru Marae, Ohinemutu, Rotorua, New Zealand.

Their Royal Highnesses later visited the Kiwi breeding programme at Rainbow Springs National Park, 192 Fairy Springs Road, Fairy Springs, Rotorua.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex this afternoon visited Redwoods Treewalk, Long Mile Road, Whakarewarewa, Rotorua.

The Duke of York this afternoon arrived at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Guangdong Province, and was received by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China (Her Excellency Dame Barbara Woodward).

His Royal Highness this evening held a Business Dinner at Evergrande Group, Excellence Houhai Financial Center, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City.

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this morning attended a Meeting at Labadi Beach Hotel, Number One La Bypass, Accra, Ghana.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this afternoon attended a Lunch with delegates at Labadi Beach Hotel.

The Earl of Wessex later attended a Reception given by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Ghana (His Excellency Mr Iain Walker) at the British High Commission in Accra.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this evening attended The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Forum Opening Ceremony at Labadi Beach Hotel.

The Princess Royal, President, World Horse Welfare, this morning attended the Annual Conference, Royal Geographical Society, 1 Kensington Gore, London SW7.

Her Royal Highness, President, the City and Guilds of London Institute, this afternoon presented The Princess Royal Training Awards at St James’s Palace.

The Princess Royal, President, Animal Health Trust, this evening attended the Thirtieth Anniversary UK Equestrian Awards Dinner, the Dorchester Hotel, 53 Park Lane, London W1, and was received by Dr Paul Knapman (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, President, Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution, this morning received Mr Paul Burrows upon relinquishing his appointment as Chief Executive and Ms Alicia Chivers upon assuming the appointment.

Mr Malcolm Thomas (Chairman) was present.
