The Prince of Wales, Patron, this morning visited City Hospice, Whitchurch Hospital Grounds, Park Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Mrs Morfudd Meredith).
His Royal Highness, Patron, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, afterwards attended a Concert at Cathays Park, Cardiff.
The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, The Parachute Regiment, this afternoon visited the 1st Battalion at Ministry of Defence St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan.
His Royal Highness, Patron, the Soil Association, was represented by Miss Elizabeth Buchanan (former Private Secretary to The Prince of Wales) at the Memorial Celebration for the Lord Melchett (formerly Senior Adviser) which was held at the Royal Geographical Society, Kensington Gore, London SW7, this morning.

The Princess Royal, Royal Patron, MND Scotland, this morning attended the International Symposium of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis/Motor Neurone Disease at the Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow, and was received by Mrs Ruth Maltman (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, Iona Abbey Capital Appeal, this afternoon attended a Reception at the University of Glasgow, University Avenue, Glasgow.
St James’s Palace
The Duke of Kent, Royal Colonel, 1st Battalion The Rifles, this morning presented Operational Service medals at Beachley Barracks, Chepstow, to members
of the Battalion who have recently returned from Iraq.
