Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning visited Yr Ysgwrn, near Trawsfynydd, and was received by Mrs Victoria Gruffudd Jones (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Gwynedd).

His Royal Highness, Patron, The Prince’s Countryside Fund, this afternoon visited Dolgellau Mart, Smithfield Street, Dolgellau, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gwynned (Mr Edmund Bailey).

The Prince of Wales afterwards visited St Tydecho’s Church, Mallwyd, and was received by Mr Gerallt Wyn Hughes (Deputy Lieutenant of Gwynedd).

His Royal Highness later visited the town of Machynlleth and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Powys (Mrs Tia Jones).

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon named MS Spirit of Discovery at the Cruise Terminal, Port of Dover, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kent (the Viscount De L’Isle).

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex and Forfar, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, today attended Receptions at the Palace of Holyroodhouse for Young People who have achieved the Gold Standard in the Award.

His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this afternoon attended a Luncheon at the offices of RSM UK Group LLP, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Chetham’s School of Music, this evening attended a Reception and Concert at the Bridgewater Hall, Lower Mosley Street, Manchester, and was received by Mr Paul Griffiths (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester).

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal this morning visited HM Naval Base Clyde, Faslane, Helensburgh, Dunbartonshire, and took the salute at Ceremonial Divisions marking the Fiftieth Anniversary of the United Kingdom’s Continuous At Sea Deterrence.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited Helensburgh Submarine Centre, West King Street, Helensburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dunbartonshire (Rear Admiral Michael Gregory).

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Patron, Kent County Agricultural Society, this morning visited Kent County Show at Kent Showground, Detling, and was received by Mr Richard Oldfield (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Kent).

His Royal Highness, Patron, Canterbury Cathedral Trust, this afternoon visited Canterbury Cathedral.
