The Princess Royal this morning visited the War Memorial Village, Shelton Lock, Derby, to mark its Seventieth Anniversary and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Derbyshire (Mr William Tucker).
Her Royal Highness afterwards opened the renovated facilities at St Martin’s Church and Community Centre, Flint Street, Allenton, Derby.
The Princess Royal this afternoon visited Women’s Work, the Villa, 30 Charnwood Street, Derby, to mark its Fifteenth Anniversary.
Her Royal Highness later visited Derbyshire Constabulary and Derbyshire Fire Service Joint Headquarters, Butterley Hall, Ripley.
