The Prince of Wales, Royal Honorary Colonel, The Queen’s Own Yeomanry, this morning received Major-General David Rutherford-Jones upon relinquishing his appointment as Regimental Colonel, and Major-General Timothy Hyams upon assuming the appointment.
His Royal Highness later visited Emma Willis Limited, Bearland House, Longsmith Street, Gloucester, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Mr Edward Gillespie).

Her Royal Highness, President, UK Fashion and Textile Association, this afternoon visited Try and Lilly Limited, 95 Kempston Street, Liverpool, Merseyside.

The Duke of Gloucester, Honorary Air Commodore, No 501 (County of Gloucester) Logistics Support Squadron Royal Auxiliary Air Force, was represented by Squadron Leader Andrew Marshall (Officer Commanding) at the Funeral Service of Wing Commander Paul Farnes (Battle of Britain Veteran), which was held at Boxgrove Priory, Boxgrove, Chichester, West Sussex, this afternoon.
