The Queen held a Council via video link at 2.30pm.

There were present: the Rt Hon Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Rt Hon Dr Therese Coffey MP (Secretary of State for Work and Pensions), the Rt Hon Simon Hart MP (Secretary of State for Wales) and the Rt Hon Priti Patel MP (Secretary of State for the Home Department).

Mr Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

The Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen via telephone this evening.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, Patron, Atlantic Salmon Trust, this morning held a Meeting.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, this morning received Barnardo’s Young Carers.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Joint Patrons, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this morning received the Lord Hague of Richmond upon his appointment as Chairman.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, afterwards held a Meeting with Mr Simon Patterson (Vice-Chairman) and Ms Claire Wills (Trustee) via video link.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Tommy’s National Miscarriage Research Centre at the Institute of Reproductive Developmental Biology, Imperial College London, Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital, Du Cane Road, London W12, on the occasion of Baby Loss Awareness Week.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex this morning spoke via video link to the Head of Integrated Urgent Care and staff from Dorset Healthcare 111 Call Centre, Ringwood.

His Royal Highness afterwards spoke to members of staff at Dorset Waste Partnership and Highways via video link.

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon joined a Dorset Local Resilience Forum briefing with senior representatives via video link.

His Royal Highness later attended a Meeting via video link with front line workers and volunteers from a range of voluntary, NHS, elderly care and business organisations from across Dorset.

The Countess of Wessex this morning presented The Queen’s Award for Enterprise to Babbasa via video link and attended a Meeting with members of staff.

Her Royal Highness later spoke via video link to members of staff from Stand Against Racism and Inequality, Bristol.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon participated in a Meeting via video link with members of staff from Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station to mark the Station’s One Hundred and Eightieth Anniversary.

Her Royal Highness, Chairman, Women’s Network Forum, subsequently attended a Meeting via video link.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal this morning visited Wellingborough School on the occasion of its Four Hundred and Twenty Fifth Anniversary, London Road, Wellingborough, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire (Mr James Saunders Watson).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon launched Crusader Community Boating’s new passenger trip boat Community Spirit at Blisworth Marina, Blisworth Arm, Blisworth, and was received by Mr James Lowther (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire).
