The Queen spoke to Mr Bill Michael (UK Chairman and Senior Partner, KPMG LLP) and other partners and members of staff today via video link to mark the firm’s One Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary.
By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Lubomir Rehak at 25 Kensington Palace Gardens, London W8, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Slovak Republic to the Court of St James’s.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, this morning opened the Duchess of Cornwall kennels at the home in Priest Hill, Egham, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey (Mr Michael More-Molyneux).

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, this morning visited the charity shop at 173a High Street, Hampton Hill, Hampton, Middlesex.

The Princess Royal this morning opened the new dining room at Taunton School, Staplegrove Road, Taunton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Mrs Richard Maw).
Her Royal Highness later visited Barka Parka, Harepits Farm, Butleigh, on the occasion of its Fortieth Anniversary and was received by Mrs Emma Aitken (Deputy Lieutenant of Somerset).
