The Princess Royal, President, Royal Yachting Association, this morning visited Hayling Island Sailing Club on the occasion of its Centenary and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr Nigel Atkinson).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited Border Force Maritime Command, Her Majesty’s Naval Base, Portsmouth, and was received by Professor Khalid Aziz (Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire).

The Princess Royal afterwards opened Qinetiq Security and Defence Contractors National Maritime Systems Centre, Portsdown Technology Park, Southwick Road, Cosham, Hampshire.
