By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon Her Excellency Mrs Yamina Karitanyi at Rwanda House, 120-122 Seymour Place, London W1, this morning in order to bid farewell to Her Excellency upon relinquishing her appointment as High Commissioner for the Republic of Rwanda in London.
