His Excellency Mr Abdulkadir Ahmed Kheyr Abdi was received in audience by The Queen today and presented his Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Federal Republic of Somalia to the Court of St James’s.

The Prince of Wales this evening visited the Courtauld Institute of Art, Somerset House, London WC2, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).
The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon held a Reception at Clarence House to mark the Seventieth Anniversary of BBC Radio 4’s “The Archers”.
Her Royal Highness, Honorary Air Commodore, Royal Air Force Leeming, later received Group Captain Gareth Prendergast upon assuming his appointment as Station Commander.

The Duke of Cambridge this afternoon gave a Reception at Kensington Palace for the finalists of BBC Radio 1’s Teen Hero Awards.
St James’s Palace
The Earl of Wessex this afternoon officially opened the Footprint Project at Bath Abbey, York Street, Bath, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Mrs Richard Maw).
His Royal Highness, Chancellor, afterwards presided at Degree Congregations at the University of Bath, Claverton Down, Bath.

The Countess of Wessex this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Belgium and was received this afternoon at Brussels Airport by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium (His Excellency Mr. Martin Shearman).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, later visited Child Focus, Avenue Houba de Strooper 292, Brussels.
The Countess of Wessex, Patron, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, afterwards attended a Seminar at Bibliotheque Solvay, Rue Belliard 137, Parc Leopold, Brussels, in partnership with the European Parliament Intergroup for Children’s Rights.
Her Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner at the Residence of Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium in Brussels.

Her Royal Highness later visited St. Ann’s Hospice, St. Ann’s Road North, Heald Green, Greater Manchester.
The Princess Royal, Patron, Whitley Fund for Nature, this evening attended a Dinner at the Savile Club, 69 Brook Street, London W1, and was received by Mr Kevin Traverse-Healy (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London)
