COURT CIRCULAR

Windsor Castle

His Excellency Mr Sebastian Mateo Corral Bustamante was received in audience by The Queen today via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Ecuador to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs María José Jaramillo Moscoso was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Gyan Chandra Acharya was received in audience by The Queen via video link and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Acharya was also received by Her Majesty.

Ms Juliet Chua (Director General for Finance and Corporate, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) was present.

Miss Rachel Gordon was received by The Queen when Her Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Royal Founding Patron, the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, this afternoon opened the Entopia Building, 1 Regent Street, Cambridge, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire (Mrs Julie Spence).

His Royal Highness afterwards met Commonwealth Scholars at King’s College, Cambridge, and was received by Mr Benjamyn Damazer (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire).

The Prince of Wales subsequently visited the Whittle Laboratory, 1 JJ Thomson Avenue, Cambridge.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex this morning presented new Colours to The Royal Gibraltar Regiment at Windsor Castle.

The Countess of Wessex this morning planted a tree in the garden of Buckingham Palace for The Queen’s Green Canopy.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, President, Scotch Chef’s Club, this morning opened the upgraded Dunbia Highland Meats Facility, Blakely Road, Saltcoats, Ayrshire, and was received by Colonel John Dalrymple-Hamilton (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Ayrshire and Arran).

Her Royal Highness, President, UK Fashion and Textile Association, this afternoon visited Barrie Knitwear Limited, Burnfoot Industrial Estate, Hawick, Roxburghshire, and was received by Mrs Kirsty Dunlop (Deputy Lieutenant of Roxburgh, Ettrick and Lauderdale).

The Princess Royal, President, UK Fashion and Textile Association, later visited the Eribé Knitwear Factory, Unit 8G, Tweedside Park, and opened the Eribé Knitwear Showroom in Dingleton Road, Melrose, Roxburghshire, and was received by Mrs Philippa Lee (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Roxburgh, Ettrick and Lauderdale).

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended a Reception at St James’s Palace for The Queen’s Green Canopy.

The Duke of Kent, Patron, Blood Cancer UK, this morning visited University College London Institute of Immunity and Transplantation, the Pears Building, Pond Street, London NW3, and was received by Ms Roxane Zand (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
