Windsor Castle

The Duchess of Cornwall was received by The Queen this morning when Her Majesty invested Her Royal Highness with the Insignia of a Lady Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this afternoon received Major General Christopher Ghika (Major General Commanding Household Division).

His Royal Highness, Colonel, Welsh Guards, this evening presided over a Conference at Clarence House attended by the Colonels of the Regiments of the Household Division and subsequently entertained the Colonels to Dinner.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, Colonel, Irish Guards, this evening attended the Senior Colonels’ Conference and Dinner at Clarence House.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Royal Honorary Colonel, 1st Battalion London Guards, this evening attended the Senior Colonels’ Conference and Dinner at Clarence House.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Honorary President, Oxford Farming Conference, this afternoon attended a Reception at the Farmers Club, 3 Whitehall Court, London SW1, and was received by Mr Gareth Neame (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness, Colonel, The Blues and Royals (Royal Horse Guards and 1st Dragoons), later received Lieutenant General Sir Edward Smyth-Osbourne (Colonel of the Life Guards) and Colonel Crispin Lockhart (Lieutenant Colonel Commanding Headquarters Household Cavalry).
