Windsor Castle

The Reverend Canon Jonathan Riviere was received by The Queen this afternoon when Her Majesty invested him with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

Mr Vincent Thompson (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Essex) was present at Stansted Airport, London, this afternoon upon the Arrival of The Sultan of Oman and welcomed His Majesty on behalf of The Queen.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited British Broadcasting Corporation Cymru Wales’ New Broadcasting House, 3 Central Square, Cardiff, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Mrs Morfudd Meredith).

His Royal Highness, Colonel-in-Chief, afterwards visited 1st The Queen’s Dragoon Guards at City Hall, Cathays Park, Cardiff.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited Treorchy High Street and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan (Mr Peter Vaughan). Their Royal Highnesses this evening gave a Diplomatic Reception.

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited Rise One Stop Shop, Cardiff Royal Infirmary, Block 24, Longcross Street, Cardiff, and was received by Mrs Elizabeth Davies (Deputy Lieutenant of South Glamorgan).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge and The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron, All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, and Patron, the Lawn Tennis Association, this afternoon attended the Lawn Tennis Championships at Church Road, Wimbledon, London SW19.

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this evening held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace for the Australian Award Ambassadors.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Commandant-in-Chief (Youth), St John Ambulance, this morning attended the Centenary of Cadets Celebrations at Ballymena Showground, Warden Street, Ballymena, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Antrim (M David McCorkell).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Irish Equine Rehabilitation and Fitness Centre, 6 Aghalee Road, Lower Ballinderry, Lisburn, and was received by Mrs Miranda Gordon (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Country Antrim).

The Princess Royal later attended a Garden Party at Hillsborough Castle.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning attended a Service of Remembrance and Recognition for the Police of the Metropolis in Westminster Abbey, London SW1.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, today attended the Lawn Tennis Association President’s Lunch and afterwards attended the Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Wimbledon, London SW19.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this morning visited Fort Amherst, Dock Road, Chatham, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kent (the Lady Colgrain).

His Royal Highness, President, this afternoon visited the Royal National Lifeboat Institution Historic Lifeboat Collection at the Historic Dockyard, Chatham.
