By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Jean Olinger at 27 Wilton Crescent, London SW1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Court of St James’s.
By command of Her Majesty, the Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps afterwards called upon His Excellency Mr Abdulaziz Al-Hinai at 167 Queen’s Gate, London SW7, in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Sultanate of Oman to the Court of St James’s.
St James’s Palace
The Princess Royal this morning officially opened the offices of Teignbridge Propellers International Limited in Great Western Way, Forde Road, Newton Abbot, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr David Fursdon).
Her Royal Highness, Master, the Corporation of Trinity House, this afternoon visited Lundy North and Lundy South lighthouses at Lundy Island and was received by the Hon John Rous (Deputy Lieutenant of Devon).
St James’s Palace
The Duke of Kent, Chancellor, University of Surrey, this afternoon presided at the Undergraduate Degree Ceremony in Guildford Cathedral and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey (Mr Michael More-Molyneux).
