COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

The King today visited the Central Hall Westminster, Storey’s Gate, London SW1, to celebrate the Fortieth Anniversary of Business in the Community and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

His Majesty viewed a display of four decades of the charity’s work, meeting founders, members and beneficiaries of the organisation, recognising the charity’s Race at Work initiative and hearing about the impact of the Seeing Is Believing programme.

The Rt Hon Rishi Sunak MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The King this afternoon.

The Queen Consort this afternoon received children and young people from Helen and Douglas House and Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity and helped them to decorate the Christmas Tree at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The King, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this afternoon.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall this morning held a Meeting with the Duchy of Cornwall Finance Committee.

St James’s Palace

The Countess of Wessex this morning arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, from the United States of America.

Mr Alexander Stonor was in attendance.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Patron, Maritime UK, this morning chaired a Council Meeting at Watermen’s Hall, 16-18 St Mary-at-Hill, London EC3.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, this afternoon attended an Installation and Investiture Ceremony at the Priory Church, St John’s Square, London EC1.

His Royal Highness, Patron, Canine Partners for Independence, this evening attended a Carol Service at St Paul’s Church, 32A Wilton Place, London SW1.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this morning visited Steam — Museum of the Great Western Railway, Fire Fly Avenue, Swindon, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire (Mrs Peter Troughton).

His Royal Highness, Patron, British Computer Society, Chartered Institute for Information Technology, later visited the Society’s Headquarters at 3 Newbridge Square, Swindon.

Princess Alexandra this evening switched on the Christmas Lights and attended a Reception at the Travellers Club, 106 Pall Mall, London SW1, and was received by Mrs Geraldine Norris (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
