The Princess Royal this morning attended a Scottish Borders Council Reception for Carers at the Racecourse, Kelso, and was received by Mrs Philippa Lee (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Roxburgh, Ettrick and Lauderdale).

Her Royal Highness later attended Kelso Races Limited’s Bicentenary Raceday (National Hunt) at the Racecourse.
