The Princess Royal, on behalf of The King, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this afternoon.

Kensington Palace

The Prince and Princess of Wales this afternoon visited the Indian Streatery, 21a Bennetts Hill, Birmingham, and were received by Sir David Thompson (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

Their Royal Highnesses afterwards gave a Reception at the Rectory, 50-54 St Paul’s Square, Birmingham, and were received by Mr Lawrence Barton (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

St James’s Palace

The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, Association of Show and Agricultural Organisations, today visited the School and Country Fair at Trinity Park, Ipswich, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Suffolk (Clare, Countess of Euston).

The Princess Royal, Patron, Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, this morning received Ms. Joanne Revill upon relinquishing her appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Mr Robert Okunnu upon assuming the appointment.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, later attended the Spring Conference at 133 Houndsditch, London EC3.
