The Queen held a Council at 12.30pm.

There were present: the Rt Hon Jacob Rees-Mogg MP (Lord President), the Baroness Evans of Bowes (Leader of the House of Lords and Lord Privy Seal) and the Rt Hon Mark Spencer MP (Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury and Chief Whip).

Mr Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

The Rt Hon Jacob Rees-Mogg MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.
