The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by Jennifer, Lady Gretton (Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire) at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Sir Timothy Brooks (formerly Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire) which was held in Leicester Cathedral this afternoon.
