The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh gave a Reception at Buckingham Palace this evening for The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust.

The Baptism of the Infant Son of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took place at 3.00 pm this afternoon in the Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace.
The Archbishop of Canterbury, assisted by the Bishop of London (Dean of Her Majesty’s Chapels Royal) and the Reverend Prebendary William Scott (Sub-Dean of Her Majesty’s Chapels Royal), baptised the Infant Prince who received the names George Alexander Louis.
The Godparents were: Mrs. Michael Tindall, Earl Grosvenor, the Hon Mrs Michael Samuel, Mrs David Jardine-Paterson, Mr Oliver Baker, Mr William van Cutsem and Major James Lowther-Pinkerton.

The Prince of Wales this afternoon received the Hon Apurv Bagri (Chairman, the Royal Parks) and Mrs Linda Lennon (Chief Executive).
His Royal Highness, Patron, the Royal Parks Foundation, afterwards received Mr Joel Cadbury (Chairman) and Mrs Sara Lom (Chief Executive).
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall subsequently received Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (Chairwoman, National League for Democracy).

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Trustees, Outward Bound Trust, today held a Chairman’s Meeting at Buckingham Palace and subsequently gave a Luncheon for the Patron’s Company.
The Duke of York this afternoon received Mr Anthoni Salim (Chief Executive Officer and President, Salim Group).
His Royal Highness afterwards received Mr Sri Prakesh Lohia (Founder and Chairman, Indorama Group).

The Princess Royal, Colonel-in-Chief, Royal Canadian Medical Service, afterwards attended a Reception and unveiled the new Canadian Forces Health Services Group Badge at the Canadian Forces Health Services Training Centre.
Her Royal Highness this afternoon called upon the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario (the Hon David Onley) at the Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto.
