Her Majesty, escorted by the Chief Executive, and His Royal Highness, escorted by Mr. Stephan Gruber (Managing Director, Production), toured the site, viewing the Main Control Room and the paper-making process, and met members of staff.

The Queen unveiled a plaque to commemorate the visit.
