The Prince of Wales, Patron, The Prince’s Countryside Fund, this afternoon attended a Reception at Williams Hall, Dark Lane, Stoke St Gregory, for local residents, farmers and emergency services personnel who have been affected by the recent flooding on the Somerset Levels, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Lady Gass).
His Royal Highness later visited the flood-hit community of Muchelney and met a local farming family at Thorney Moor Farm, Langport, Somerset.
